MedStat Air - Non-injury incident

Team: No injuries reported. No patient. 

	During cruise flight at approximately 1200' AGL, a buzzard impacted
	the windscreen of the aircraft shattering both front windscreens and
	damaging the dash.  Both sliding passenger doors came open immediately
	following the impact.  The pilot and both medical crew members were in
	seat belts and shoulder harness with helmets on and face shields down.
	 All three crew members were hit with pieces of the windscreen or
	dash.  The pilot was able to slow his airspeed and maintain full
	control of the aircraft.  An in flight emergency was declared and the
	crew was able to quickly identify an open field.   The pilot performed
	a controlled landing in the open field without incident. 

Additional Info: 
	A post incident inspection revealed both windscreens were shattered. 
	Parts of the dash were broken and both sliding cabin doors came off
	the top sliding track.
