HELP Flight - Non-injury incident

Weather: Clear. Not a factor

Team: Pilot, Flight Nurse and Flight Paramedic. No injuries reported. Patient on board. 

Description: 
	On the return trip from Bozeman, MT, over Reed Point, MT, @ 1,200 ft
	AGL and under NVG's, the helicopter experienced a bird strike to the
	right side chin bubble.
	The bird broke through the chin bubble with bird 'parts'entering the
	cabin.
	The pilot determined that the aircraft was safe to continue the flight
	to our hangar at the Billings airport.
	Upon landing the patient and family member were transported to the
	hospital via ground ambulance  and the aircraft was taken out of
	service for inspection.
	The only damage was to the chin bubble.
	The part was ordered, installed and the aircraft was back in service
	in approximately 72 hours.
	A PAIP was activated.
