Life Lion Air Medical Services - Non-injury incident

Team: Pilot, flight nurse, flight paramedic. No injuries reported. No patient. 

	Upon landing the medical crew exited the aircraft and secured the
	cabin doors. Before the flight nurse departed the aircraft she
	conducted a visual check of the aircraft as is customary and noticed a
	tie wrap and small pair of diagonal wire cutters resting in the rain
	gutter above the cabin door.  The pilot was notified, the aircraft was
	shutdown and the cutters and tie wrap were removed.  A thorough
	inspection followed revealing no other foreign objects present or
	damage incurred as a result of the incident.  Aircraft was returned to

Additional Info: 
	Maintenance had been completed just prior to this flight involving the
	use of the wire cutters and tie wraps. As a result of this incident
	our tool control program has been significantly revised, becoming more
	effective in the process.  Additionally, the importance of situation
	awareness cannot be overstated and was stressed to all hands involved
	in flight operations.
