CALSTAR - Non-injury incident

Weather: Clear. Not a factor

Team: Pilot, FN, FN. No injuries reported. Patient on board. 

Description: 
	The crew was transporting a patient from a local high school football
	field when a dull "thud" and abnormal momentary low frequency lateral
	vibration was felt. It occurred just after lift-off while climbing
	vertically through about 30 feet AGL at 82% torgue. There were no
	changes or fluctuations in either engines' gauges. The aircraft was
	landed back on the football field while another helicopter was
	requested to complete the transport. Maintenance was notified.  The
	aircraft was inspected and returned to service as no damage was found.
