Weather: 2300 Broken, 10 miles visibility

Team: Pilot, Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic. No injuries reported. Patient on board. 

Description: 
	On return leg, with patient on board, the #1 engine chip light
	illuminated.  The Communication Center was notified, the aircraft was
	landed at the nearest airport and patient/medical team were
	transported via the program's B200 fixed-wing aircraft.
	Maintenance personnel were notified and aircraft was inspected and
	returned to service.
