DATE 3/26/03 0945 PROGRAM Native American Air Ambulance VENDOR Omniflight ADDRESS 6402 E Superstition Springs Rd Mesa, AZ WEATHER Clear. Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE A Star B3 TAIL# 4027Q TEAM Two Pilots. No injuries reported. No patient. DESCRIPTION While training, the helicopter experienced intermittent hydraulic problems and made a precautionary landing in Blythe, CA. Upon inspection, it was found that a hydraulic switch was intermittent. It was replaced and the aircraft was placed back into service. ADDITIONAL INFO No damage, two pilots doing orientation.
