DESCRIPTION	ENROUTE TO HOSPITAL FOR INTERFACILITY TRANSPORT, 
		AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SHUDDER.  A PRECAUTIONARY 
		LANDING WAS MADE IN A FIELD.  UPON INSPECTION BY 
		THE MECHANIC, THE FORWARD ENGINE AIR COOLER 
		BEARING HAD FAILED. 

ADDITIONAL INFO	THIS WAS THE SECOND  BEARING OF THIS TYPE THAT HAD 
		FAILED.
