TEAM		1 PILOT, ONE PASSENGER. No injuries reported. No 
		patient.  

DESCRIPTION	AN AIR LIFE OF OREGON PLANE SLID OFF THE RUNWAY 
		WHILE LANDING AT THE SUNRIVER, OREGON AIRPORT.  
		THE PLANE, WHICH HAD NO PATIENTS OR MEDICAL CREW 
		ON BOARD ENDED UP NOSE DOWN BUT UPRIGHT, OFF THE 
		RUNWAY WITH UNDETERMINED DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF 
		THE AIRCRAFT.  THE PILOT AND HIS PASSENGER, 
		ANOTHER AIR LIFE PILOT WERE NOT INJURED.  THE AIR 
		LIFE PLANE WAS RETURNING TO ITS HOME BASE AT THE 
		BEND AIRPORT FROM PORTLAND.  FOGGY CONDITIONS AT 
		BOTH THE BEND AND REDMOND AIRPORTS MADE IT 
		NECESSARY TO LAND AT THE NEARBY SUNRIVER AIRPORT.  
		THE CAUSE OF THE INCIDENT IS BEING INVESIGATED.  
		ICY GROUND CONDITIONS MAY HAVE BEEN A CONTRIBUTING 
		FACTOR.
